

Alan Siegel is an Interventional Pain Specialist practicing in South Florida, since 1992. He is board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), and has special certification in Pain Management through the ABA. Dr. Siegel has been appointed by Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine as the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery Division of Anesthesiology. Dr. Siegel treats a wide variety of chronic pain conditions, but his main interest centers on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain with a variety of minimally invasive procedures that are considered safe, effective, and state-of-the art by his physician colleagues.
Michael Barile, M.D., specializes in interventional pain management and anesthesiology. He is board certified in both pain medicine and anesthesiology. Dr. Barile received his medical education from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at West Virginia University Hospital and completed his fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia.
